2.1 Booking: You may schedule car wash services through our app. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Payments: Payments for subscriptions and services must be made through the app using our secure payment gateway. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

2.3 Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, as outlined in the app. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Waterless Wash: Our services use eco-friendly waterless technology. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this method.

3.2 Service Limitations: While we strive for excellence, certain conditions (e.g., extreme dirt, weather) may affect the outcome of the service.

3.3 Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the app are the property of Rinso Services or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinso Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rinso Services and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or users.
